  • Generator or rent from us.

                 About Our Generators

 

We have generators available to rent for $30 per day. This rate includes the first tank of gas. Gas and gas cans are available. Our generators run on regular Unleaded fuel, NO ETHANOL. Our generators will run everything in our houses. If you wish to run your own coffee maker, pizza oven, etc., we do have a couple of larger generators to run those higher wattage items. Contact us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE

Our rental fish houses are constantly being moved in order to stay on the always roaming schools of fish. Every rental of two or more nights will be put on a fresh, unfished spot unless extreme conditions dictate otherwise. These fish houses WILL NOT be moved again for at least two days. If you have the need to be more portable than that, your group is encouraged to bring along your own portable fish houses for those times when there is a lack of fish under your rental house.

                                                                                                     Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of one night's rental is required to book a fish house. We will accept a credit card to hold the dates. Cancellations 21 or more days prior to arrival can be used towards deposit on a future stay within 1 year. Cancellation requests   due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No shows will be responsible for their entire reservation.  Your credit card will be charged for any damages or excessive clean up and/or smoke smell.

ONLY USE GOOGLE MAPS TO FIND RED LAKE ICE CABINS. We are located on the SE shore of Upper Red Lake.

 

If you are coming from the South

Take MN Highway 72 north out of Kelliher 9.6 miles to County Road 23 (Artesian Springs Road). Turn left on County Road 23 and go 5 miles to Rogers Road. Turn right on Rogers Road and go about 1/2 mile to Otto Way. Turn right on Otto Way and go about 1/2 mile to the Dead End and Red Lake Ice Cabins.

 

If you are coming from the North

Take MN Highway 72 South out of Waskish about 6 miles to County Road 23 (Artesian Springs Road).
